What You'll Do
As a Finance Manager, you'll be at the heart of our team. Your role will include:
Owning all aspects of the site's financial reporting including daily, weekly, monthly and yearly reports to both internal and external stakeholders
Compiling, challenging and reconciling all budgeting and forecasting as part of the 5 year plan process
Working with managers across the site to reduce overhead and labour costs using data to inform decision making
Managing a team and developing their skills to create a succession plan within the wider group
Tracking Capital expenditure and managing the assets register
Your work as a Finance Manager will help us bring joy to our customers with exceptional food.
What you will need
There is a right role for everyone and we want to set you up for success. For the Finance Manager role we are looking for the following key skills and experience for this position:
Qualified Accountant through ACCA/CIMA/ACA or equivalent
Financial Accounting experience within manufacturing, FMCG would be an advantage
Experience of managing and developing others
Highly numerate and IT literate with strong knowledge of Excel and good knowledge of other Microsoft software
Experience of partnering with managers at a Senior level to influence outcomes
