Finance Analyst (Sales Operations) – 3-Month Temp Contract Reading (2 days per week on-site) £230–£255 per day (Inside IR35 or Umbrella) ️ Immediate Start | 3‑Month AssignmentI’m partnering with a leading client in Reading who is looking for a Finance Analyst to join their Sales Operations team on a 3‑month temporary basis. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong analytical skills and experience inmission calculations, sales performance reporting, and month‑end finance processes. Key Responsibilities
1. Calculate and validate salesmission across multiple teams and regions
2. Ensure accuracy ofmission data, resolving discrepancies and liaising with Sales Ops & Finance
3. Deliver performance analysis and insights to support decision‑making
4. Support the month‑end process, including posting journals and routine BAU accounting tasks
5. Assist with ad‑hoc analysis, reporting, and data cleansing where required
6. Collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, Finance, and Operations
About You
7. Experienced Finance Analyst or Sales Ops Analyst with strong numerical and Excel skills
8. Confident working with large data sets andplex spreadsheets
9. Previous experience inmission or incentive modelling is highly desirable.
10. Strongmunication skills and able to partner withmercial teams
