Legal Director – Real Estate - Belfast (Hybrid Working)

The Role
As Legal Director, you will:
* Manage a varied and high-quality caseload across commercial real estate
* Provide expert advice on landlord and tenant matters
* Support the Real Estate Partner with team growth and continuous improvement
* Supervise and mentor junior lawyers, helping them develop and succeed
* Maintain strong relationships with key clients while contributing to further growth
About you
You will be:
* A qualified solicitor with significant experience in a leading Real Estate team
* Confident managing files independently and delivering excellent technical work
* Experienced in freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
* Strong on commercial landlord and tenant matters, particularly for corporate occupiers
* Known for being personable, confident and commercially minded
* A natural collaborator who builds trusted relationships internally and externally
* Experienced in leading, supervising and mentoring others
* Self-motivated, performance-driven and committed to delivering high-quality advice
