Reporting to the Logistics Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring that operational requirements are carried out smoothly, efficiently, and in line with both client expectations and our commercial goals. You’ll be the main point of contact for our clients, primarily via phone, providing exceptional customer service and accurate scheduling support to field teams. Contextual Information This is a full-time, permanent position based at our Head Office in Ross-on-Wye. The Scheduling & Logistics Co-ordinator will report directly to the Logistics Manager and will play an integral role in the operational support team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day delivery of services across the business. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic and fast-moving environment. As a people-focused company, we offer exciting career development opportunities and a dynamic work environment Main Duties & Responsibilities Assist with the booking and confirmation of jobs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Communicate with clients primarily over the telephone, as well as by email. Enter all task details onto the company system promptly and accurately. Support the Logistics Manager with commercial administration tasks. Process jobs and follow up on client queries to ensure clear, timely resolutions. Liaise with field teams regarding logistical or onsite issues, such as access or location concerns. Ensure that reports from the field are returned in line with client service-level agreements. Monitor urgent surveys to ensure prompt processing and communication. Log all non-conformities and complaints accurately on the system. Support the Logistics Manager in producing operational and commercial reports. Follow all relevant health and safety and quality management procedures. Ensure proper use and care of equipment and materials related to the role.
