We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Centre Manager to join a leading automotive centre in Exeter. Duties of the Centre Manager:
6. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the centre to ensure efficiency and excellent service
7. Manage a team of staff, providing leadership and training as needed
8. Maintain inventory control and stock management to optimise availability and minimise costs
9. Build strong relationships with key customers and suppliers
10. Ensure health and safety standards are upheld at all times
11. Implement company policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency
Centre Manager requirements:
12. Proven experience in management or a similar role within the motor trade
13. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
14. Excellent organisational and communication skills
15. Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
16. A good understanding of current automotive systems and inventory management.
