Location: Warrington, EE Warrington Contact Centre
Start Date: 3rd November 2025
What you’ll do
You’ll be talking over the phone to customers with broadband tech-related queries. You could be helping with simple router questions or issues that require more ownership and follow-up, supporting the customer throughout their journey.
You don’t need specific experience to join us. If you’re naturally helpful, calm, and able to build relationships, we can train you on the rest.

Hours and pattern: 37.5 hours per week, full-time; 12-hour shift pattern with every other weekend off.
