Key Responsibilities
* Engage with engineering process, promoting consistency across projects.
* Work toward writing method statements, task plans, procedures, and other documentation as required by the workscope.
* Start to identify engineering services required – in‑house or third‑party – to successfully deliver the workscope.
* Ensure that lessons learned are captured continuously (both individual and project).
* Begin to develop commercial awareness of engineering products and services.
* Collaborate with the engineering team, Project Manager, Offshore Manager, and Shift Supervisors, to build experience of offshore operations.
Key Qualifications
BSC or higher degree within Subsea/Mechanical/Marine/Naval Engineering.
Skills
Analytical thinking, problem solving, collaboration, growth mindset, clear communication and presentation.
