We currently have a new opportunity for a dynamic and flexible Duty Officer to support our external hirings in the evening and weekends.
What do you need to do this job:
1. Age 18 years+ and in good health
2. Proactive and hardworking, a team player but happy to work alone
3. Meet and open Gym/Sports Hall and other areas hired
What is involved:
4. Greeting our customers hiring JFK facilities, ensuring their let with JFK runs smoothly
5. Informing the Facilities Manager of any issues which may arise or you have resolved
6. Set up equipment as needed, badminton nets etc.
7. Check the areas to be used are clean and tidy and fit for use
8. Set up small exam tables and chairs when required during exams
9. Set up chairs for assemblies
10. Litter pick school site
11. Sweep paths
12. Lock and alarm the buildings and site after use
13. There will be a full induction and shown how to set up badminton nets and alarm buildings.
