This role is perfect if you love working closely with pupils, supporting their learning, and helping them reach their potential. You’ll be a key part of the classroom, providing both group and 1:1 support, while bringing your creativity and care to every lesson.
What you’ll be doing:
1. Supporting teachers with classroom activities and lesson delivery
2. Working with pupils who need extra guidance, including those with SEND
3. Helping to create a positive and engaging learning environment
4. Assisting with planning and delivering small group interventions
We’d love to hear from you if you:
5. Hold a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or have equivalent experience)
6. Can adapt quickly and bring patience, positivity, and empathy to your work
7. Have experience supporting children across different key stages
8. Enjoy being part of a collaborative school team
