About The Role
Project Co‑ordinator to join our Engineering team, based at our Brackley site. The role is office based with some factory based requirements to monitor, coordinate and report on ongoing projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Track project budgets and forecasts against actual spend.
* Raise and receipting project orders.
* Assist Project Managers in project planning and tracking, including maintaining Gantt charts and communicating with stakeholders.
* Attend project meetings, providing administrative support including collating and distributing actions.
* Gather data for scoping and planning of projects and capital submissions.
* Assist the project team in the control and management of contractors.
* Track project tasks and their potential impact on safety, food safety, environmental, production and other projects.
Qualifications and Skills
* Exceptional attention to detail with numbers and planning.
* A technical mind with an interest in equipment and engineering.
* Good interpersonal communication skills with colleagues of all levels.
* Competency with IT software.
* Self‑motivation and ability to prioritise workloads.
* Experience with CAD or engineering drawings would be beneficial.
