Title: Claims Processor
Location: Remote - occasional office visits for meetings/training maybe required
Term: Permanent, Full-Time
Hours : 35 hours per week, Monday - Friday, overtime may be available during busy periods
Your new company:
Sedgwick Resource Solutions are recruiting for a Claims Processor to join one our established and growing, subsidence department.
Your new role:
You will deal with subsidence claims from cradle to grave, youll have the autonomy to act as the claim owner and decision maker, working alongside suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders to identify the best solution to enhance the customer journey and resolve their claim.
Your skills and experience:
Experience in handling property claims from start to end for more than 1 year and a desire to learn subsidence.
We would also love to hear from existing subsidence claims handlers
To deliver a high-quality service for clients and internal teams where required
Handling complaints in line with FCA regulations
The ability to negotiate and gather vital information relevant to each claim.
The ability to use a firm but fair approach and display empathy.
To be comfortable discussing outcomes and claims with the client and policyholders professionally
Ability to deal with high pressure/stress during busy periods.
