The ideal candidate will bring proven business improvement experience to the role.
This is an integral role that requires the highest level of organisation and communication skills. You will be responsible for identifying training needs, investigating opportunities, and driving improvement to maximise our manufacturers performance.

* A proven ability to improve the operational and financial performance of business.
* A background of commercial business experience.
* An understanding of financial management would be an advantage.
* Excellent ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
* An ability to work collaboratively within a team.
You will be required to consistently promote a healthy, safe, and positive culture working relationship with our customers, whilst keeping the APL Business Support Manager informed of your progress.
