Responsibilities
1. Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality physical education lessons to students.
2. Develop and implement engaging and challenging programs that cater to the needs of students of varying abilities.
3. Enhance student learning through the use of a wide range of teaching strategies, resources, and technology.
4. Assess and provide constructive feedback to students to support their progress and development.
5. Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver cross-curricular projects and events.
6. Lead extracurricular activities and sports clubs, promoting student participation and achievement.
7. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages students to build confidence and develop teamwork skills.
Minimum Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree in Physical Education or a related field.
2. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
3. Proven experience teaching physical education at the primary or secondary level.
4. Sound knowledge of the national curriculum requirements for physical education.
5. Strong organizational and time management skills.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to motivate and inspire students to reach their full potential.
8. Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to the wider school community.
