As a site Administrator you will be responsible for the administration duties for garage matters. We are seeking a friendly and communicative person who is used to communicating with people at different levels.
We have 2 positions available based at the below locations:
1. Brixton
2. Thornton Heath
This role will require working hours of 12pm - 8pm Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities:
3. Dealing with general garage and lost property enquiries
4. Identifying staff from customer complaints, driving assessments and other reports
5. Arranging disciplinary enquiries and associated paperwork, may include note-taking and also for local meetings such as HS&E as an example
6. Maintaining databases such as Tracerit, My Drive, Licence Bureau, Good Shape and similar
7. Ensuring staff files are kept up to date
8. General admin duties as required.
9. Licence and dCPC checks as per business unit need
10. Liaising with the allocations hub as required Site Administrator Requirement

11. Good understanding of Health and Safety
12. Customer awareness
13. Works well as part of a team • Strong self motivation and resilience
14. Able to work on a number of priority projects at the same time
15. Effective written and verbal communications, as well as proficient IT Skills Ability to think on your feet
16. Good organisational and people skills
17. Able to meet project deadlines
18. Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
