Caretaker Gardener Job
Greycoat Lumley’s client are seeking a Caretaker Gardener for a privately owned estate in Moray. The Principals visit mainly in the holidays and Christmas and New Year.
Duties include:
1. The smooth running of the large household
2. Security of the property
3. Opening up and closing down the property daily
4. Checking the property for any maintenance issues daily
5. Working with contractors on quotations, work carried out and standards
6. Monitor visitors to the property
7. Ensuring the grounds are in good order starting from the entrance
8. Maintaining the driveway
9. Removing any fallen trees or anything blocking access to the property
10. Mowing (ride on mower), pruning getting in contractors for large or specialist roles
Salary: £40,000 GPA
Accommodation: 2 bedroom property, council tax included
40 hours per week - 5 days
Accommodation: TBC
