Senior Site Manager – CamberleySalary: £60,000–£70,000 + Car Allowance

A well‑established medium‑sized main contractor operating across Hampshire and Surrey is looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to lead a £4m, three‑storey high‑end residential and leisure development near Camberley.The project includes a new swimming pool, multiple bespoke en‑suite bedrooms, significant groundworks, and a range of detailed internal packages.
About the ContractorThe business delivers projects typically between £1m–£4m and has a strong presence in:
1. High‑end residential new builds and refurbishments
2. Education andmunity developments
3. Bespoke extensions and alterations
They maintain consistent workload through long‑term clients and negotiated schemes, offering stability and clear development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
4. Managing day‑to‑day site operations on a three‑storey new build withplex architectural and M&E requirements
5. Overseeing groundworks, external works and structural phases
6. Delivering a high‑end swimming pool installation with specialist subcontractors
7. Managing construction of multiple premium bedrooms with bespoke en‑suite bathrooms, joinery, tiling, MEP and high‑end finishes
8. Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, logistics and site labour effectively
9. Maintaining programme, quality standards,pliance and health & safety
10. Working closely with the Project Manager, design team and client to ensure clearmunication and timely issue resolution
11. Developing strong working relationships with all stakeholders on site
Required Certifications
12. SMSTS
13. CSCS (Black or equivalent)
14. First Aid at Work
