Ideal for aspiring teachers looking to gain classroom experienceA fantastic primary school in Bristol is searching for an enthusiastic and dedicated Graduate Teaching Assistant to join them as soon as possible. This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate with previous experience as a teaching assistant or in another role working with children. The school is looking for a graduate with a strong academic background who can support learning across KS1 or KS2, depending on experience.
Role Overview
Work closely with teachers to support children's learning as a Graduate Teaching Assistant
Provide 1:1 and small group support in a primary classroom
Gain hands-on experience before pursuing a career in the education and training sector
Work full-time, Monday to Friday, with no expectations to work during school holidaysCandidate Requirements
A degree (2:1 or above desired)
Previous experience working with children in any capacity (e.g. teaching assistant, tutoring, mentoring, coaching)
A proactive, confident, and enthusiastic approach
