Summary
We are seeking a Finance Manager to join our team in Bournemouth Christchurch & Poole. In this pivotal role, you will oversee financial operations and ensure the effective management of resources to support our mission of providing essential advice services. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to assist those in need.
Responsibilities
* Oversee financial management and reporting processes
* Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with organisational goals
* Lead budgeting and forecasting activities
* Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
* Manage accounts payable and receivable functions
* Monitor cost control measures to optimize resource allocation
* Provide guidance to senior team members and Trustees
* Collaborate with other departments to support overall organisational objectives
Qualifications
* Proven experience in financial management and accounting
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams
* Knowledge of financial planning and analysis techniques
* Familiarity with financial services regulations (preferred)
* Experience in managing accounts payable processes (preferred)
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
* Strong communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement
* Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., ACA, ACCA)
