Reports To: Head of Operations
Salary Scale: Up to £40,000 depending on experience
Location: Remote / hybrid
Hours: 40hrs per week (Flexible working)

Job Purpose
The Retrofit Assessor will support the delivery of our projects to support the role out of energy efficiency improvements across all housing tenures.
The Retrofit Assessor will carry out retrofit energy assessments and provide energy efficiency advice to a high standard keeping in line with our client’s requirements and with a focus on Social Value.
Key Responsibilities
* To undertake retrofit assessments in accordance with PAS 2035, the specification for the energy retrofit of domestic buildings.
* To identify all energy efficient measures available at each property.
* Taking relevant photographs of the property during the survey and uploading them to the central data system.
* Researching potential energy options suggested to ensure there are no better solutions.
* Writing up a survey report using a template format provided by the company and issuing it to the client.
* Following up with the client to answer any queries.
* Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions with clients
Essential Skills, Experience and qualifications
* Hold ECMK accreditation and be competent on Corelogic software
* Qualified as Domestic Energy Assessor and Retrofit Assessor
* Be courteous and polite
* Have a full clean driving licence and own vehicle for transport
