We are on the hunt for an exceptional
Senior National Account Manager
to identify new business opportunities, lead key customer relationships, support international expansion, and drive sustainable commercial growth.
The Senior National Account Manager will take ownership of key national retail and e-commerce accounts, developing strategic partnerships that deliver profitable growth, brand visibility, and market share.
This is a high-impact role suited to a commercially driven individual with strong experience in FMCG, beauty, or electrical consumer goods.

The role:
* Identify new business opportunities with retailers and ecommerce platforms
* Manage and grow relationships with major UK national retail accounts and online partners
* Lead commercial negotiations including pricing, promotional plans, and trading terms
* Deliver annual sales targets, revenue growth, and profitability objectives
* Drive successful product launches across both haircare and electrical styling categories
* Identify, evaluate, and develop export opportunities with international distributors and retail partners
* Analyse sales performance, market trends, and customer data to identify opportunities
* Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, finance, and product teams
What will you bring?
* Proven experience as a National Account Manager or Senior National Account Manager within beauty, personal care, or electrical consumer products. Experience managing Boots is essential.
* Strong track record managing major UK retail accounts (e.g. health & beauty, grocery, or online marketplaces)
* Experience or exposure to international/export business development is advantageous
* Knowledge of UK retail landscape and omnichannel strategy
* Experience working with international distributors or export partners
* Excellent commercial negotiation and relationship management skills
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationally
