Job Title: Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer to optimise engineering support across a large manufacturing facility, Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring all mechanical and electrical systems are safe, efficient, and compliant production, while maximising production availability and performance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Day-to-day maintenance operations to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient production
2. Perform reactive maintenance, and lead operations with technical guidance
3. Schedule and develop planned maintenance programs for all manufacturing facilities
4. Ensure full compliance with UK health, safety, and environmental regulations
5. Optimise production performance, efficiency, and availability in line with output targets
6. Coordinate with maintenance, engineering, and planning teams to minimise downtime
