Global Demand & Integrated Marketing Specialist
Contract: 12 months initially
Location: UK, remote (occasional travel to Berkshire)
Hours: UK hours, but flexible to work US time zones
I am recruiting for my organization, a global industrial manufacturing business. We are looking for an Integrated and Demand Marketing Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people worldwide.
You will impact this role by co-creating and implementing demand generation programs, building end-to-end integrated campaigns, and managing global strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop end-to-end integrated marketing programs for end-users, channel partners, and sales teams to drive targeted engagement across the marketing funnel.
* Deliver email campaign strategies, including targeted content creation and lead nurturing programs.
* Collaborate with the global paid media team to develop paid search and social strategies, focusing on messaging, imagery, CTA, and landing pages to enhance customer journey and meet KPI targets.
* Act as a trusted advisor to the division team, translating business needs into comprehensive communication briefs for internal or external creative teams, ensuring messaging resonates with end users, partners, and sales teams.
* Ensure project success through detailed planning, timeline management, and stakeholder engagement, aligning expectations across global and regional leaders and teams.
* Lead the global reporting process for the top 12 prioritized countries, providing monthly updates on key metrics using Excel reports.
* Support campaign performance reviews, sharing insights and learnings timely.
* Work closely with regional teams to establish and align activation plans with global KPIs.
Qualifications:
* 7+ years of experience in marketing or related fields.
* Experience in creative brief development, project management, and stakeholder engagement.
* Strong analytical skills with experience in KPI setting and performance tracking using Salesforce, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, and similar tools. Experience with Eloqua is a plus.
