We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Breakfast Chef to join our dynamic culinary team. Responsibilities
* Prepare and cook a diverse range of breakfast dishes according to established recipes and standards
* Supervise kitchen staff during breakfast service, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to health and safety regulations
* Manage food production, including ingredient preparation, cooking, and plating
* Oversee the organisation of the kitchen area to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards
* Assist in menu planning and development for breakfast offerings
* Ensure all food served meets quality standards and presentation is appealing
* Lead by example in demonstrating excellent culinary techniques and customer service skills
* Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service delivery
* Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management
Experience
* Proven experience in food production within a restaurant or hospitality setting, preferably with breakfast or brunch menus
* Supervising experience in a busy kitchen environment is highly desirable
* Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen management
* Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in hygiene standards
* Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant environments demonstrating leadership qualities
* Familiarity with serving procedures and guest interaction is advantageous
* Demonstrated ability to manage a team effectively while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency

Pay: £12.21-£17.21 per hour
