What you'll be doing:
Supporting process improvement, yield and scrap reduction projects
Assisting with new product introduction from R&D into production
Contributing to manufacturing scale-up and continuous improvement
Gaining hands-on experience with quality and production teamsWhat we're looking for:
Engineering or Science degree
Strong problem-solving mindset and interest in manufacturing
Good communication skillsNice to have (not essential):
Internship or placement in a manufacturing environment
Exposure to Lean / continuous improvementGreat team, strong development opportunity, and no long-hours culture.
