The firm specialises in identifying and executing value‑add opportunities across the UK, with a diversified portfolio spanning office, industrial, and mixed‑use assets. Backed by an experienced leadership team and strong capital availability, the business is entering a significant growth phase and expanding its third‑party management platform.
The Opportunity
This is a strategic leadership role for a commercially minded professional who can combine operational excellence with business development capability. You will take full ownership of the property management function, drive performance across a national portfolio, and play a key role in securing new management mandates.
Working closely with the senior leadership team, you will influence portfolio strategy, enhance asset performance, and help scale the business during an exciting period of expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the end‑to‑end management of a national commercial property portfolio, ensuring operational excellence and tenant satisfaction.
Drive business development activity to secure new third‑party management mandates and grow revenue.
Oversee lease events, service charge management, budgeting, forecasting, and capital expenditure planning.
Implement asset management initiatives to enhance income, reduce voids, and support long‑term value creation.
Manage external agents, consultants, and contractors to ensure quality, compliance, and value for money.
Ensure full compliance with property legislation, H&S requirements, and building management obligations.
Provide high‑quality reporting, strategic insight, and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Lead mobilisation of new assets and support acquisition and disposal processes.
Champion tenant engagement and retention across all managed assets.
What You Bring
MRICS-qualified property professional with significant experience in commercial property management.
Proven ability to win, onboard, and deliver third‑party management mandates.
Strong understanding of UK commercial real estate, including offices, industrial, and mixed‑use assets.
Excellent financial and operational management capability, including service charge oversight.
Confident negotiator with experience managing complex lease structures and landlord‑tenant matters.
Strong understanding of compliance, building safety, and ESG considerations.
Skilled communicator with the gravitas to represent the business externally and influence at senior level.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate both strategically and hands‑on.
