An experienced Site Administrator required to join a regional multi-disciplinary contractor based in Poole. To assist with a multitude of civils & new build projects across the south coast.
Reporting to the Project Director and working closely with site teams, marketing team and social value team, you will be responsible for providing administrative assistance to sites and business.
The Site Administrator role will involve regular monitoring and management of site documentation to ensure filing systems are being utilised correctly, assisting with time sheets, assisting any external clients, contractors as and when necessary
The ideal candidate will come from a construction background, ideally within a similar position such as office manager or Administrator. With a proven background demonstrating your organised, personable and efficient manner.
