The Role
As an HRIS Product Manager, you will own our HR technology landscape (including SuccessFactors and related systems), ensuring it delivers seamless, efficient and engaging colleague experiences.
Key Responsibilities
* Own the HRIS product strategy, roadmap and backlog
* Drive continuous improvement across HR systems and processes
* Partner with People teams to translate business needs into system solutions
* Lead delivery of enhancements, integrations and transformation initiatives
* Define and track product performance, user adoption and business benefits
* Manage third‑party vendors and system partners
* Ensure data integrity, reporting capability and system scalability
* Lead product teams to deliver value through agile ways of working
Qualifications
* Strong experience managing HR systems (e.g. SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM)
* Understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle
* Experience delivering product roadmaps and system enhancements
* Ability to translate HR strategy into technology solutions
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills across HR and business leaders
* Data‑driven mindset with experience in reporting and analytics
