Role Purpose
An opportunity has arisen for a skilled Maintenance Electrician to join a dedicated facilities engineering team. This static role offers long-term stability, a consistent working environment, and the chance to contribute to the safety and reliability of critical infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities Maintenance Electrician
Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), fault diagnosis, and reactive repairs across electrical systems.
Maintain and troubleshoot systems including 3-phase power distribution, emergency lighting, small power, alarms, and general building services.
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and internal standards.
Work within strict safety protocols and contribute to a strong Health & Safety culture.
Essential Skills & Qualifications Maintenance Electrician
Proven experience in a commercial or facilities management setting.
Strong understanding of electrical systems, fault-finding, and maintenance practices.
18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification.
NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation.
City & Guilds 2391 Testing & Inspection (desirable). xsngvjr
Eligibility to pass BPSS clearance (must have lived and worked in the UK continuously for the past 5 years).
