£12.60 per hour

You will be joining a dedicated team of experienced support workers, supporting individuals in their own homes. On a typical day you will promote independence and support people to meet their chosen outcomes. This can be daily living skills such as: - personal care, medication administration, cooking and domestic tasks. The individual’s we support enjoy a variety of meaningful activities each day. You will encourage and support individuals to achieve their life goals in a happy and safe environment working on your own initiative and as part of a team.
Previous experience is preferred for this position although full training will be provided.
An enhanced PVG is required for this role.
