Support Worker

£12.60 per hour

You will be joining a dedicated team of experienced support workers, supporting individuals in their own homes. On a typical day, you will promote independence and support people to meet their chosen outcomes. This can include daily living skills such as personal care, medication administration, cooking, and domestic tasks. The individuals we support enjoy a variety of meaningful activities each day. You will encourage and support individuals to achieve their life goals in a happy and safe environment, working on your own initiative and as part of a team.
Previous experience is preferred for this position, although full training will be provided.
An enhanced PVG check is required for this role.
