This is a high-impact role focused on strengthening existing client partnerships and driving business growth across Ireland. The Role Based at our client's Banbridge HQ, you will take ownership of a portfolio of 75 key clients across Ireland. You'll play a crucial role in relationship management and business development, with the freedom to manage your portfolio while working closely with the Commercial Director on broader strategy. Key Responsibilities Client Management: Act as the main point of contact for Irish clients, ensuring exceptional service and building long-term, trusted relationships. New Business & Negotiation: Identify and secure new business opportunities, negotiating contracts across a range of products and services. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement plans to drive revenue growth and expand market share. Collaboration: Work closely with the Commercial Director, while independently managing your accounts and providing regular performance updates. Market Insight: Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and support strategic planning.
