Job overview

Supporting a busy podiatry hub within a small administrative team. Responsibilities include managing referrals and general administrative duties.

Note: We may close this vacancy early once sufficient applications are received.


Main duties

Processing applications, ordering supplies, data entry, and supporting the office manager. Managing lone working for community podiatrists and assisting service managers in daily operations.


Working for our organisation

We manage several hospitals and clinics across a large geographical area, including the innovative Northumbria Specialist Emergency Care Hospital. We support staff and focus on high-quality care and community engagement.

Detailed responsibilities include managing applications efficiently, ensuring lone working protocols, data entry, and supporting the office manager.


Person specification


Qualifications

* GCSEs including English and Mathematics (Grade A-D) or equivalent experience
* NVQ Level 2 in customer care/admin or equivalent
* RSA 3/OCR (or equivalent)
* Knowledge of Medical Terminology & procedures
* ECDL
