Responsibilities
* Work directly with SQL to interrogate vast datasets and analyse trends to spot gaps for improvement and growth.
* Own external relationships and become the internal subject‑matter expert on all things relating to your partner.
* Deliver the roadmap and marketing strategy for your partner – from managing product launches to shaping the direction of marketing campaigns.
* Collaborate with teams across the business and proactively drive growth that mutually benefits your partner and Capital One.
* Ensure all aspects of the partnership are managed with utmost attention to detail, from performance monitoring and forecasting to invoicing and regulatory compliance.
* As the champion of your partnership from the ground up, pull data using SQL and structure analysis to support ideas, while managing and influencing stakeholders of all levels up to C‑suite.
Location & Working Model
* Permanent/fixed‑term position, based in Nottingham or London (flexible).
* Hybrid working model: work from office and from home as needed; flexibility to arrange as suitable.

* Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive, collaborative approach, and confidence navigating challenging conversations with stakeholders.
* A resilient mindset, ready to work in a fast‑paced environment and balance ever‑changing priorities.
* Strong mathematical and creative problem‑solving skills, with the ability to turn complex analysis into clear stories and actions.
* A structured and well‑organised approach to all aspects of the role, showing careful attention to detail at all times.
* Desirable (not essential):
o Experience using SQL (or similar) to query large databases – we primarily use Snowflake.
o Experience working within a regulated environment.
o Background in owning marketing channel performance, third‑party relationships, and/or operational elements (e.g. invoicing, contract negotiations, change delivery).
