Hands-on line management and development of the reception team
Managing attendance, performance, and overall team engagement
Leading induction and probation to ensure new starters thrive
Supporting meeting room, events, and guest coordination
Working collaboratively with building security and facilities teams
Proven experience managing, coaching, and developing a team
Previous experience in 5-star corporate reception, hospitality, or customer-facing roles (e.g., hotels, private clubs, airlines, or high-end restaurants)
