Day-to-day of the role
* Deliver engaging and effective lessons in Geography to students at GCSE and A Level.
* Foster a positive learning environment that stimulates student interest and engagement.
* Utilise a variety of teaching methods to cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
* Assess, monitor, and report on the progress and attainment of students.
* Collaborate with colleagues within the faculty to enhance teaching practices and curriculum delivery.
* Participate in and contribute to staff meetings and professional development sessions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* A genuine passion for Geography.
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Experience teaching Geography at GCSE and A Level is highly desirable.
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team of teachers.
* Commitment to professional development and reflective practice.
