Job Description
Responsibilities for the Senior Engineer would be:
1. Provide technical leadership for sustaining engineering activities.
2. Investigate and resolve complex product issues to ensure reliability and safety.
3. Drive cost reduction and performance optimization initiatives.
4. Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and quality teams on engineering changes.
5. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
6. Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for field and production issues.
7. Mentor junior engineers and share technical expertise.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Engineer should have:
8. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master's preferred).
9. 8+ years of engineering experience, including 5+ years in combustion systems.
10. Strong knowledge of ANSI, CSA, and UL standards.
11. Proven track record in sustaining engineering for complex products.
12. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
