Key Responsibilities:
* Transaction Management: Handle sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new build transactions
* Client & Stakeholder Liaison: Maintain communication with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other professionals
* Document Production: Draft contracts, completion statements, SDLTs, and other conveyancing documents
* Case Progression: Monitor and progress all case stages to timely completion
* Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and file management standards
Requirements:
* Previous experience in residential conveyancing as a fee earner or conveyancing executive
* Ability to manage caseloads independently
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Competency with conveyancing software and Microsoft Office
* Proactive, client-focused, and able to thrive in a hybrid/flexi working environment
