An Outdoor Nursery Assistant is required to help pioneer an Early Years setting that draws on Scandinavian educational philosophies. This role is dedicated to creating a natural, open, and inclusive learning environment that champions simplicity, democratic values, and nature-based learning. You will participate in the operation of an outdoor nursery that encourages child-led play, supported risk-taking, and holistic development from birth to 5 years. You will assist with daily activities and model exceptional child-centred practice that fosters independence, creativity and lifelong curiosity.
