We're looking for a Helpdesk Coordinator to join our Bexley Schools team based in Bexley.

Location: Bexley Schools, Kent
Hours: 40 hours per week - Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:00

We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.


What will you be responsible for?

As a PPM/Helpdesk Coordinator, you'll be working within our Bexley Schools team, supporting the effective delivery of reactive and planned maintenance operations. You'll help ensure compliance, optimise processes, and enable data-driven decision-making through the CAFM system, Concept Evolution.


Your day to day will include:

* Managing and prioritising Help Desk tickets, coordinating with engineers and contractors to ensure timely resolutions.
* Scheduling and tracking Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) tasks, ensuring compliance and accurate CAFM records.
* Producing monthly reports on system performance, task completion, and key operational metrics.
* Processing task extensions, mitigations, and Paymec transactions within Concept Evolution.
* Promoting a strong safety culture through adherence to Kier's SHE 5 Basics, NOVADE reporting and Golden Hour principles.


What are we looking for?

* You have proven administrative experience, ideally within Facilities Management or using CAFM systems such as Concept Evolution.
* You're organised, detail‑oriented, and confident managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
* You can analyse data, produce accurate reports, and support strategic decision‑making.
* You're an effective communicator who can liaise confidently with engineers, managers, and external partners.
