Responsibilities
1. The Systems Engineering Delivery Manager is responsible for:Leadership & Governance of multiple multi-functional teamsKeeping the project on budget and budget controlMitigation / management of risks to lowest level possibleManaging and owning the engineering resourcesManaging plans against progress / milestonesLook for potential opportunities to benefit the projectsEnsuring the technical and engineering aspects of the projects are delivered appropriately

Qualifications
10. A HNC / HND / FD or Bachelor's degree in an engineering subject
Essential skills

12. Project Management understanding (Critical path control, Risk understanding)
13. Worked as an engineer on either Hardware, Software or Systems engineering.
14. Full knowledge of 'V' lifecycle
15. Leadership & Management
16. Excellent communication skills at all levels
17. Stakeholder Management
18. Resource and Integrated Business Planning
Desired skills
19. Anti-Submarine Warfare (Above & below surface) and Mine Countermeasures experience.
20. In Service and Future
21. Defence background.
