The role involves travelling to residential properties across the South West of England carrying out:
* Mould treatments
* Painting and decorating
* Minor repairs linked to condensation and damp issues
* Painting & decorating background preferred
* Experience in general property maintenance
* Full UK driving licence
* Comfortable travelling and working in occupied homes
