Job Purpose:

As the leader of the 'Marketing team' the key purpose of this role is to deliver the marketing strategy to increase brand/customer engagement, purchase conversion and basket value thus revenue and loyalty. Key responsibilities include leading the insight, marketing and digital team to identify impactful business and customer insights, deliver marketing plans and campaigns across all channels and in store, analysing performance data to drive ROMI within budget, and growth of Home Delivery and Media business revenue.
