Responsibilities
1. Calibration/validation ectronic instrumentation to maintain functionality and accuracy.
2. Both Keysight and non-Keysight products are serviced. Work is performed at a customer location.
3. Performing routine tasks, using prescribed procedures and technical duties that may require use of judgment.
4. Solving a broad range of technical problems of varying scope and complexity.
5. Understand customers’ requirements through face to face and written communication.
6. Travel to customer sites >75% performing calibrations (On-site).
Qualifications
7. Education and technical knowledge within sector and role
8. Relevant experience in calibration of Test & Measurement equipment (focus on RF/MW)
9. Certifications as an electronic/electrical technician
10. IT knowledge (Windows, Office)
11. Good communication skills in English (both written and spoken)
12. Confident at answering customer questions
13. Ability to recognize and anticipate problems and search proactively for solutions
14. Ability to work independently and proactive attitude
15. Ability to obtain UK security clearance
16. Full clean driving licence
