Job Purpose
* Play a key role in leading the audit team and delivering exceptional service to clients
* Manage and oversee audit engagements from planning through to completion, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor
* Lead, mentor, and develop a team of auditors, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work
* Identify and address audit issues proactively, offering solutions that add value to clients
* Contribute to the development and implementation of audit strategies, helping to drive the growth and success of the firm
* Manage budgets and ensure audit projects are completed on time and within scope

The Successful Applicant
* ACCA or ACA qualified with impressive experience in UK practice
* Demonstrable experience supervising junior staff and working at manager level
* Strong track record in managing a varied portfolio of clients and overseeing audit assignments
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Highly proficient using MS Office, Sage, Caseware and other relevant software
* Self-motivated, reliable and eager to progress
* A strong work ethic, time management and organisational skills
* Proactive problem solver with a keen eye for detail
* Able to work confidently with Senior Managers and Partners
* Strong commercial acumen with a drive to support business development
