Role Outline
We supply guest room products to hotels worldwide. Following our approval to supply one of the largest international hotel chains, we are looking to recruit a Spanish-speaking Sales and Marketing Specialist. This role involves tele-sales and marketing to customers in Spain, managing both outbound and inbound inquiries, and developing a deep understanding of our brand and products.
Duties & Responsibilities
* Outbound Sales Calls: Conduct daily sales calls to new Spanish chain customers to identify sales opportunities.
* Inbound Inquiries: Handle incoming calls and online inquiries professionally.
* Quotation Management: Respond to quotation requests and convert quotes by tracking them on the sales pipeline.
* Order Processing: Process sales orders, manage the order book, and liaise with other departments to ensure timely delivery and payment follow-ups.
* Sales Strategy Implementation: Implement sales tactics for Corby of Windsor products in line with the global strategy to meet sales targets.
* Relationship Development: Develop relationships with new hotels to identify growth opportunities.
* Virtual Meetings: Conduct virtual meetings with hotels to strengthen relationships, solidify strategy, and identify new opportunities.
* Additional Duties: Perform any other duties within the scope, spirit, and purpose of the job as requested by the Commercial Manager.
