The Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Office Manager to join our team. This is a pivotal role, responsible for overseeing the smooth running of the office, ensuring projects are delivered on time, and supporting our sales and procurement functions. You will be at the heart of our operations, maintaining team culture, supporting our customers, and ensuring we add value to every order by providing expert window furnishing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the day-to-day running of the office to ensure efficiency and productivity.
* Support and oversee the sales team, ensuring activities are aligned with company objectives.
* Monitor and track ongoing projects, checking progress and addressing issues proactively.
* Ensure procurement schedules are followed and materials are ordered in line with project timelines.
* Coordinate and manage job scheduling to ensure timely completion and client satisfaction.
* Foster and maintain a positive workplace culture, encouraging collaboration and accountability.
* Act as a key point of contact between teams to ensure smooth communication and project delivery.
* Bring an eye for interior design to help shape solutions, ensuring every customer order is maximised with expert window furnishing advice and value-added options.
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in office management, project coordination, or a similar role.
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with excellent attention to detail.
* Interest or background in interior design and a passion for enhancing customer solutions.
* Confident communicator with the ability to build strong relationships across teams and with clients.
* Experience overseeing sales or operational teams would be advantageous.
* A proactive, solution-focused approach with the ability to work under pressure.
* Good IT skills (Microsoft Office and project management software preferred).
