to elevate Early Years provision across our diverse network of 43 schools.
This is a unique opportunity to shape curriculum design, drive school improvement, and lead professional development across a growing Multi-Academy Trust committed to excellence and equity in education.
Your Role
As EYFS Strategic Lead, you'll work closely with our Head of Curriculum and Pedagogy and Regional Education Directors to deliver an aspirational improvement strategy. You'll:
* Lead the development of a coherent, evidence-informed EYFS curriculum
* Analyse trust-wide data to identify strengths and areas for development
* Provide expert guidance and challenge to EYFS leaders and teachers
* Deliver high-quality, research-based training and CPD
* Foster collaboration and build capacity across EYFS settings

* Deeply knowledgeable about EYFS pedagogy and curriculum
* Experienced in leading high-quality EYFS provision
* Skilled in coaching and developing staff
* Confident using data to drive improvement
* A strong communicator and collaborator
