Vision for Education are currently looking to appoint a Trainee Teaching Assistant to join our successful supply team and work in schools across the Bolton area.
These schools will support young people with either special educational needs and disabilities or social, emotional, and mental health needs.
The role
1. You will be required to support the class teacher in delivering lessons and implementing individual learning plans
2. You will need to establish trusting and positive relationships with students
3. There may be a need for you to support learning through implementing small group and 1:1 work
4. We are looking for those who are resilient to work with a range of needs and can bring a supportive and nurturing approach
About the school
5. You will have the opportunity to work in a range of schools in Bolton that are passionate about supporting young people and promote inclusion and acceptance of all
6. Each school will range in intake of students however, class sizes will mainly be made up of 5 – 10 students
7. You will be guided by a dedicate team of staff that enforce a safe and welcoming environment
8. There are opportunities for the role to become permanent with the school after a qualifying period

Salary
£416 to £475 per week
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
