About the role

Working in partnership with our clients, we’re looking for a Senior Account Manager with strong creative agency experience to help get big brand and campaign briefs over the line.

The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for leading, planning and project management of key accounts across brand strategy and ATL campaigns including TV. Building exceptional internal and external relationships, the Senior Account Manager will ensure the best creative work leaves the agency and multiple teams are working together to create impact and consistency across all outputs.

What you’ll be doing

·Project lead for key accounts, working in collaboration with our clients and teams to deliver optimal creative output – on brand, on time and on budget.

·Responsible for brand guardianship and joined up thinking and approach across strategy, planning and delivery.

·Responsible for project scoping, budgeting and ownership of key milestone project dates and meetings.

·Writing creative briefs that excite and inspire the teams, bringing in brand and business insights to support trigger bigger thinking.

·Be across all the detail day-to-day and ensuring quality control of everything going through, and leaving, the agency.

·Oversee and lead on all key project check-ins, meetings, status calls, WIP reviews and presentations, with the support of the wider Client Services team.

·Build excellent relationships with our clients, acting as an extension of their team to ensure retention and growth, whilst identifying opportunities - both brand and tactical.

·Support the Senior Management team with boosting team morale, contributing to company culture and improving ways of working, processes and collaboration.

·Management, responsibility and career development for Account Manager and Account Executive.

·Act as the lynchpin to bring all teams together; clients, creative, production and media.

·Ensure job profitability with accurate scoping, budgeting and timely reconciliations escalating to clients and Senior Management where necessary.

·Own all financial and forecast details across our client portfolio and manage third party costs.

·Support Senior Management team with handling potential issues, bottlenecks and resource challenges, pre-empting these, and escalating where necessary.

·Support new business function where required and involvement in pitch presentations.

Skills we’re looking for

·Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

·The ability to motivate, inspire and influence others.

·A strong team player; proactive in approach with a strong work ethic.

·Strong project management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritise, problem-solve and plan.

·Confident with presenting and articulating creative ideas.

·Experience with brand strategy, campaigns and ATL communications.

Experience managing and delivering integrated campaigns, from big ATL concepts (including TV) through to social and digital campaign executions.

·Strong financial acumen and experience of scoping and budgeting large scale projects.

·Excellent attention to detail.

·Strategic and creative thinker.

·Strong understanding and experience of transcreation & localization process for our global brands.

·At least 3 years of creative agency experience.

·Experience with managing through big ATL campaigns, including TV, desirable.

Who you’ll be working with

The Senior Account Manager will report into our Group Account Director whilst supporting generally across the Client Services team.
