Position: Cleaning Supervisor
Contract: Permanent
Type: Full-Time
Hours: 40 hr per week
Pay: £15 per hour
Location: Aviva – Sheffield – 6 Pear Street
Responsibilities
* Deliver routine planned and periodic cleaning for Mitie customers.
* Ensure cleaning staff follows task schedules and Health & Safety procedures.
* Provide technical training to staff as required.
* Distribute uniforms, monitor cleanliness standards and manage use of materials.
* Order stock and manage supplies.
* Resolve issues efficiently and professionally, escalating to line manager when appropriate.
Qualifications
* Previous supervisory experience in a cleaning environment.
* Good communication skills.
* Reliable, hardworking and professional attitude.
* Ability to work to a schedule independently.
