As a Marketplace Operations Executive, you’ll work closely with teams across Technology, Digital Product, Finance, and Online Operations, becoming an expert in your area and helping build this exciting new capability. No two days will be the same as you support process improvements, solve operational challenges, and shape the future of Marketplace for our customers. Acting as a subject matter expert on Seller performance, compliance, and operations. Supporting the quality and integrity of products listed on Marketplace. Using your marketplace knowledge to help Sellers maintain and grow their businesses. Maintaining reporting to track KPIs and flagging where action is required. Ensuring all Sellers adhere to Tesco Marketplace guidelines. Working closely with the Customer Engagement Centre, Quality, Product/Tech, and other partner teams to resolve issues. Responding quickly to emerging compliance or operational challenges and helping improve relevant processes. Keeping all supporting documentation up to date and to a high standard. Contributing to weekly stakeholder meetings. Experience supporting and problem‑solving within medium‑ to long‑term projects and strategic initiatives. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. The ability to quickly understand and use multiple product systems. Experience managing your time effectively, particularly when handling high‑priority tasks and multitasking. Strong data manipulation skills, including proficiency with spreadsheets and data analysis. An aptitude for learning new skills and a proactive, forward‑thinking approach to continuous development. Experience working in an online retail environment. The ability to present data and initiatives clearly to audiences with varying levels of subject‑matter expertise.
